May I share these lessons with other teachers?

The individual lessons have a single license, and they can not be shared with other teachers; unless they had bought the same lesson and you are sharing modifications to the lesson. The full versions are sold with single license or with  a license for 4, 8, 12 or 16 teachers. The license is for teachers within the same institution.
